While prior experience in book marketing is preferred, we\u2019re open to fresh minds who bring a strong understanding of <strong>social media, digital marketing, and creative branding.<\/strong><\/p><h4>Your Role &amp; Responsibilities<\/h4><ul><li><strong>Strategize &amp; Execute :<\/strong> Develop and implement fresh, engaging marketing campaigns to promote books across platforms.<\/li><li><strong>Social Media &amp; Digital Outreach :<\/strong> Manage brand presence across social media, run targeted campaigns, and engage with book lovers online.<\/li><li><strong>Creative Content Development :<\/strong> Design and craft compelling promotional materials, from social media posts to email newsletters.<\/li><li><strong>Collaborate &amp; Innovate :<\/strong> Work closely with authors, publishers, and influencers to amplify book visibility.<\/li><li><strong>Bilingual Excellence :<\/strong> Create content with strong command over <strong>Marathi and English<\/strong> to connect with diverse audiences.<\/li><\/ul><h4>What You Bring to the Table :<\/h4><ul><li>Prior experience in <strong>book marketing or digital promotions<\/strong> (preferred, but freshers with a strong skillset are welcome).<\/li><li><strong>Proficiency in social media &amp; digital marketing tools.<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Innovative mindset \u2013<\/strong> the ability to think outside the box and craft unique marketing strategies.<\/li><li><strong>Design &amp; Content Skills \u2013<\/strong> ability to create engaging promotional content (basic design knowledge is a plus!).<\/li><li><strong>Passion for Books &amp; Literature \u2013<\/strong> someone who truly enjoys storytelling and publishing.<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>\ud83d\udce9 Interested?
